PERMANENT STAFFING--A direct hire of a Career Associates Ltd. candidate who has been referred to a client company, of which a starting salary and start date has been negotiated. Upon accepting a permanent position through Career Associates Ltd. the candidate will start on the company's payroll and would be an employee of that specific company.

TEMPORARY STAFFING--A non-permanent assignment with a Career Associates Ltd. client company. A temporary assignment can be as short as one day or continue indefinitely, based on the specific needs of the company and the "temporary". For the duration of the temporary assignment, the temporary is an employee of Career Associates Ltd.

TEMP-PERM STAFFING--A position with a client company where the candidate begins on Career Associates payroll and remains so for a period of 520 working hours. When the 520 hours have been completed, and starting salary has been negotiated, the temporary can go directly onto the client company's payroll. During the 520 hour term the temporary is an employee of Career Associates Ltd.
