ROSANNE KLONARIS
Managing Member

Ms. Klonaris has been in the personnel industry in Cleveland since 1985, starting as a novice consultant with a large agency. By 1987, she was the top producer company wide (company having 4 major markets). In 1988, Ms. Klonaris ventured with an associate consultant to open a permanent placement agency. After serving as consultant and vice president for over 8 years, she decided to open Career Associates Ltd., a full service placement agency.

As the managing member of Career Associates Ltd., Ms. Klonaris is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company as well as developing and maintaining business relationships with client companies.

PATTY WESTFALL
Office Manager

Ms. Westfall started in the personnel industry in January 1989. Having a very strong inside sales background made it easy for Ms. Westfall to consistently become one of the top permanent placement producers within the company.

In 1996, Ms. Westfall joined Career Associates Ltd. as Senior Consultant/Office Manager. She has successfully been able to balance the daily management of the office as well as consistently meeting and breaking record numbers in her placement efforts.
