Career Associates Ltd. locates positions for registered applicants through various marketing techniques. The consultants inform the applicants about the positions, and the employers about the candidates. The consultants work out any negotiations between the applicant and the client company.

Do I have to pay a fee?
No. Career Associates Ltd. only works with companies that pay the fee in full. There is no financial obligation for the job applicant.

What if I find a job on my own?
Simply contact the consultant at Career Associates Ltd. and your file will be placed under the "inactive" heading.

How quickly can I expect to be placed?
The average applicant is placed within 2 weeks of registration.

What if I am not happy with the position Career Associates Ltd. places me in?
If a candidate is not happy with a position, their consultant should be contacted immediately. Depending on the situation, the consultant will attempt to work it out. If it is something that cannot be worked out, the candidate can be placed elsewhere and the position will be filled by another applicant.

Where are you located?
Career Associates Ltd. is centrally located on Rockside Road, in Independence, Ohio, about 1/2 mile east of I-77 and only 15 minutes from Downtown Cleveland. It is also accessible to the east and west from Interstate 480 and the south via Interstates 71 and 77.

Our office is approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Akron.
